Is there a minimum order?

Retail: No, we allow you the choice to order however much you want.
Corporate: Yes, minimum order for price breaks is 24 units.
Wholesale: Yes, minimum order of two cases.

How do I know if my order went through?

Right after you place your order, you will receive an order number which confirms that your order went through successfully.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality and taste of our products; therefore, if there's a problem with your order please contact us within 5 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction and to initiate a return. We ask that you keep the original box that your order came in as well as your invoice, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We collect Sales Tax only on shipment in Louisiana State. No Sales Tax on Shipments outside of Louisiana.

How do you ship my orders?

Most products ship with FedEx. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to United States Post Office Box; therefore, we must have a physical address.

Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided will not be honored. Furthermore, Holiday Fried Pecans will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to Holiday Fried Pecans by the shipping carrier. Unless paid for, returned gift arrangements will not be re-shipped. Please make every effort to verify and provide us with the correct delivery address including correct zip code and apartment numbers, prior to placing your order.

How do I order?

Don't forget to include your billing information, in case we need to reach you regarding your order. Your billing information entered must match the address assigned to your credit card.

By Phone

855-527-3226. Customer Service representatives are available to you're your order between 9:00 a.m. CT and 5:00 p.m. CT Monday through Thursday.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or to APO military bases?

No, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or to APO military bases, since FedEx does not ship to either. Please provide a valid street address.

Do you ship international?

No, at this time, we do not ship internationally only in the United States. Should you choose to have a shipment to be shipped to Alaska the charge is not a flat rate and will be based on a FedEx rate. However, feel free to call customer service for a shipping quote.

Do you charge extra for shipping?

Yes, we do have a shipping charge; however, it varies according to location.

  • Corporate Shipping: FREE shipping to one (1) location only.
  • Wholesale Shipping: Varies according to location.
  • Retail: $5.00 Flat Rate to one (1) location.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, anyone in the area can place an order by phone for pickup. Note: Online ordering is not included in this option. To place an order for pickup, please call customer service at (855) 527-3226.

How do I store Holiday Fried Pecans so that they remain fresh?

Store the product in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dry place away from exposure to sunlight. Keeping them cold will preserve their freshness longer, up to a year if stored in the freezer. We recommend to refrigerate after opening as this will keep the product at its best.

How does credit card payment work?

Your credit card will be charged on the day of purchase. You'll receive an e-mail confirming your final order total. We'll include a full, itemized printed receipt with your order. If your credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, we'll be unable to process your order. Please note that we reserve the right to collect funds for any fees owed, resulting from incorrect credit card information or over-the-limit accounts.

How may I track my order?

We send all order by FedEx; therefore, each order has a tracking number. Please note that it usually takes about 24 hours for the tracking number to be processed. If you still have a problem, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.
